Our beautiful Fair Trade embossed Tree Of Life leather photo albums are the perfect way to display and protect treasured photographs. Each photo album contains 30 pages of recycled paper. The paper used in these albums is handmade from recycled cotton which is leftover from the massive garment industry in India. It is acid-free because only unbleached cotton is used and it produces a beautiful paper, easy to write, draw or paint on and perfect o for preserving photos. It is made by a charity in Rajasthan that promotes women’s education and their social standing in the rural villages. The leather used is a by-product of the meat industry in India and is tanned using only natural dyes. Due to the handmade nature of these products colour and designs may slightly vary but loveliness comes as standard.

• Expertly crafted using both contemporary and traditional methods, each one is bound by hand and sturdy enough to keep all your most treasured memories safe. The leather used for the cover is a by-product of the meat industry in India and is tanned using only natural dyes. Protected with natural oils, it will soften and age beautifully.
• The pages are created from khadda paper (also known as kaddi or khaddi). This sustainable material is crafted by hand from recycled cotton, salvaged from the huge waste of the Indian garment industry. Only unbleached cotton is used, ensuring the paper is acid-free. Lightly textured and luxuriously thick, it feels beautiful to write, draw, or paint on. While it’s perfect for ball-point pens, gel pens, or watercolours, we wouldn’t recommend it for use with fountain pens.
• Photos can be placed inside the photo album with glue, spray mount, or self-adhesive photo corners.
